S/Y Invictus Yacht Charter

The S/Y Invictus is a sailing BAVARIA 46 ft yacht, build in 2000 and totally renovated in 2020.

Invictus has a 15,5 m long, 4,60 witdh and 2,40 beam and is powered by the wind force of its 960 s.ft. sails. In case that wind force is not enough, a powerful 60hp Honda engine takes care for the rest.

Our visitors can be accommodated in each of its four double cabins enjoying and relaxing a sailing cruise either in Argosaronic gulf well known destinations as Hydra, Poros, Aegina, Methana or in some of the very famous Cyclades islands, as Mykonos, Paros, Naxos, Santorini, Milos and elsewhere.

As S/Y Invictus is fully equipped with all necessary navigation and other communication instruments, plus safety equipment, it can sail in the open blue sea, reaching destinations far way from Athens according to the visitor’s will within Greek territorial waters, sailing day and/or night!

Pricing Terms & Conditions

Always skipper is obligatory for any of S/Y Invictus cruises and chartering

All the prices referred for the low season according to the following pricing calendar.
For middle season, according to the pricing calendar there is an extra charge of 10%, from low season prices.
For high season, according to the pricing calendar, there is an extra charge of 10%, from middle season prices.
All the prices are subject in extra 13% VAT and prices are in euros.
For reservations, the 50% of the total cost have to be paid either by bank transfer or through credit card charge.
15 days before the departure day, the rest 50% should be paid either by bank transfer or through credit card charge.
If the total amount of the cost has not being paid in advance of the departure day, the S/Y Invictus is not going to be departed for any reason and/or excuse.
For cancellation 30 days in advance from your departure day, will be refunded for the total amount of your deposit.
For cancellation between 30 to 15 days in advance from your departure day, will be refunded with the 50% for the total amount of your deposit
For cancellation between 15 days to 1 day in advance from your departure day, or non show, you will not be refunded (zero refund).
For cancellation due to the company’s (PANATHEN) inability, or mechanical failure or damage of the yacht, or weakness of the skipper, the total amount of your deposit will be refunded. The company (PANATHEN) maintains the right, instead of your refund to offer you a replacement of S/Y Invictus , with another S/Y , same or better characteristics.
In case of anyway delay regarding your scheduled show to the yacht, according to your reservation, the company PANATHEN maintains the right after 24 hours of your non show to offer the S/Y Invictus to another client, with no refund for your reservation (zero refund) .

In case of bad weather conditions, coast guard restrictions, political and security turbulences, force majeure, war, plot, earthquake, big fires, pandemic, e.t.c. , and S/Y Invictus cannot depart with safety, the scheduled departure will postponed accordingly until safety conditions reinstalled. In that case your scheduled trip cannot being prolonged and cannot being refunded.
